1. Initial Payment:
Upon confirming your reservation, an initial payment of 50% of the total booking amount is required. This secures your reservation and is non-refundable.

2. Final Payment:
The remaining 50% of the booking amount is due 10 days prior to your check-in date. Failure to make the final payment by this deadline may result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund.

3. Comparison with Other Platforms:
Please note that platforms like Airbnb and VRBO require 100% payment at the time of booking. By choosing to book directly with us, you benefit from a more flexible payment schedule.

4. Payment Methods:
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. All payments are processed through a secure and encrypted payment gateway to ensure your financial safety.

5. Cancellations:

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for The Farm at Jump View

1. Cancellation Window:
Guests may cancel their reservation for a refund up to 14 days prior to their scheduled check-in date.

2. Refund Amount:
Upon cancellation within the permitted window, guests will receive a refund of their payment, minus a 3% payment processing fee based on the total booking amount.

3. Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Payment Processing Fees:
Please note that the 3% deduction is to cover payment processing fees and is non-refundable.

- Limit 3 pets per stay. $50 pet fee per pet up to 7 nights. No pets on the beds or furniture. - EV Level 2 Charger available for guest usage. There aren’t many in the area yet so if you are visiting Lexington or Staunton and are brining your electric car this is a great feature
